Edward is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer. He concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law, including commercial and residential development, acquisitions, finance, survey matters, title insurance and commercial leases. His experience includes representation of developers, builders, governmental agencies, lending institutions, non-profit corporations and national title insurance underwriters.

Edward was the Valedictorian of his law class and served as Law Review Associate Editor. While in law school, Edward authored four publications involving constitutional rights, eminent domain and bankruptcy. He is a three time recipient of West Publishing Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and received four American Jurisprudence Book Awards. Edward also served as a federal judicial intern and completed an internship with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

For five consecutive years (2010-2014), Edward was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine as a “Rising Star” in the field of real estate law. While only 5% of lawyers in the entire State are named to Florida Super Lawyers®, no more than 2.5% are named to the Rising Stars list.

Roger is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Real Estate and focuses his legal practice on civil litigation and real estate.

Roger received his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Florida, Finance and Insurance in 1998 and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001.

Roger represents individuals and businesses in general litigation matters, real estate and property disputes, mortgage foreclosures and construction litigation. Roger’s real estate practice consists of both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Melanson is the founder and sole shareholder of Melanson Law PA. She was born in Leominister, MA and grew up in Prince Edward Island, Canada and relocated to Florida in 1991.

Noelle attended the University of Prince Edward Island and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida where she was awarded her bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a certificate in Woman’s Studies.

Ms. Melanson continued her education at Florida State University of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2003. While at Florida State, she also earned a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Environmental Law.

Noelle is licensed to practice law in all State Courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar since 2003 (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (RPPTL) and Elder Law Section), the American Bar Association, Florida State Guardianship Association, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Lee County Association of Women Lawyers. Ms. Melanson has served as past chair of the 20th Judicial Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee and is a current member of the 20th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. In 2012 she was selected as a Fellow for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar where she served a two year term on the RPPTL Executive Committee. Noelle currently serves the RPPTL Section as an At Large Member representing the 20th Judicial Circuit on the Executive Committee and is a member of the Guardianship, Power Of Attorney and Advanced Directive Committee and the Digital Assets Committee.
